Jay-Z stepped out in NYC yesterday to attend the Music Visionary of the Year Award lunch held at the Pierre Hotel. It was his latest social engagement in a busy week. Jay-Z also met friends on Tuesday night for the opening of Broadway's much-delayed Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark. His wife Beyoncé Knowles is back in the Big Apple after a recent trip to Europe.
