She's had her own unique sense of style since she emerged on X Factor last year - and Cher Lloyd shows no sign of toning down her fashion choices any time soon.

The 17-year-old, who's preparing to release her debut solo single Swagger Jagger, arrived at the BBC Radio 1 studios in London today wearing a white holey top that showed off a bright blue bra underneath.

The clothes mad singer had teamed the 'Swiss cheese' style top with pale grey skinny trousers, black jewelled stiletto boots and a pink cardigan.

The star also stopped to sign autographs for fans who'd waited outside the Radio 1 studios before she went in to be interviewed by DJ Scott Mills - and for the premiere of her debut solo single.

Cher also chatted to Scott about her music, her fans - and her 'haters.'

She also dismissed rumours about having recorded a track with her former X Factor mentor Cheryl Cole, saying she has had no contact with her since the show ended.

When asked about negative press and public opinion towards her she replied: 'I can see why people don't like me.'

And on being labelled a brat - the name given to all her fans on Twitter - she confessed: 'I haven't grown up yet and probably never will.'

Her debut single Swagger Jagger meanwhile is sure to provoke Marmite-like reactions from listeners.

Cher has deliberated referred to the controversy surrounding her in the lyrics of the song too.

The include: 'You can't stop clickin 'bout me. Writin' 'bout me, tweeting 'bout me.
'Swagger jagger you should get some of your own. Count that money, get your game on.'

The track will hit the shops on 31 July.

The Malvern, Worcestershire youngster is clearly thrilled to bits to be finally releasing new material.

She wrote on her Twitter account this evening: 'I've had such an crackin day! thanks to everyone at radio 1 and 1xtra! big up to my team ! swagggerrrr jagggerrrrrr!!!!!!'
Cher has previously said of the single: 'Swagger Jagger was one of the first tracks we recorded and I loved it straight away and knew it had to be my first single! I hope you all like it.'

However, UK rapper Example, who is currently at No. 1 in the UK singles charts, is not a fan.

He mocked Lloyd after an unfinished version of the song was leaked online last week, tweeting: 'The biggest crime since she got a record deal.'

Cher's debut album meanwhile, which she's been working on with producers including Max Martin, Red One and TMS, is out in November.

Growing up in spotlight is never easy.

But these days Princess Beatrice cuts a much more confident figure.

The 22-year-old student showed off the full extent of her stunning weight loss this weekend, as she holidayed with her long-term boyfriend Dave Clark on a £400,000-a-week super-yacht in the South of France.

As she sunned herself off the coast of Antibes, Beatrice’s black strapless swim suit displayed her slender frame to perfection.

And while the frills across her chest and hips highlighted the curves inherited from her mother the Duchess of York, the Queen’s granddaughter showed that she has kept up the regime developed with her personal fitness instructor in the lead-up to last year’s London Marathon.

Her toned appearance on Sunday was a far cry from pictures of the princess in a tight blue bikini in the Caribbean in 2008, which spurred her into vowing to shed her puppy fat.

Beatrice told the Daily Mail at the time: ‘It was such an unflattering bikini and I've got one that's so much nicer, so I could have kicked myself for wearing it.

'I thought people were a bit mean, although I know it comes with the territory. The trouble is, I don't have much confidence so it can be quite upsetting. I could probably do with losing the odd pound though, so perhaps it is the kick I need.'

But this weekend the royal’s self-assurance was palpable as she changed into a bikini and let down her auburn locks.

Watched by admiring friends on the 195ft German-built Oasis yacht where she and 29-year-old Mr Clark are thought to have stayed as guests, Beatrice leapt into the air on the end of a trapeze before plunging into the Mediterranean.

An equally svelte Mr Clark, a millionaire’s son who works for Virgin tycoon Sir Richard Branson, executed an impressive back-flip from the boat’s second deck.

The six-berth yacht comes with a crew of 15 and a gym that transforms into a private nightclub. According to online advertisements, it can be chartered for between £285,000 and £418,000 a week.

Beatrice, who has faced a similar battle with yo-yoing weight as Sarah Ferguson, has previously put her transformation down to trainer Nadya Fairweather, whose help she enlisted in the lead-up to the London Marathon.

She is also understood to have embarked on a diet that centres on eating fresh fruit and drinking plenty of water.

Beatrice and her boyfriend have been dating for five years since meeting at a birthday party for Sean Brosnan, youngest son of James Bond actor Pierce, in 2006.

The fifth in line to the throne has just finished a three-year course in history and history of ideas at Goldsmiths College in South London.

Rather than becoming a full-time royal, she is expected to get a job once she has graduated, possibly in the field of art, fashion or charity work.

The 42-year-old singer managed to fully expose her ample bosom during an interview with German television.

Lopez has fiercely been promoting her latest album, 'Love?' across Europe but the recent appearance left her a little over exposed and will, no doubt, make her blush.

The singer looked gorgeous in a floor-length beige and black dress with a matching head band and the crowds screamed as she waved.

But her flowing outfit, which was barely held together with a large brown belt, was probably not suited and kept whipping up in the windy weather.

Almost immediately Gottschalk can be seen scuttling over to her in a bid to try and keep the ensemble down.

And Lopez sighs with relief as she manages to escape showing too much flesh.
But she didn't suspect she was about to commit an even greater faux pas

Completely oblivious to what just happened, the singer carries on with the interview unaware that she has just given Gottschalk and Vettel an eyeful.

After discussing her latest album and revealing a bit about her personal life, she then went on to sing her hit song, On The Floor.

The interview was just one of many that she has been doing in Europe and was recently spotted with her mum Guadaulpe in Paris.

Last year Lopez spoke about how having her own children helped the pair mend their own troubled relationship.

Dressed casually in a grey cardigan and jeans, J-Lo didn't let the rain dampen her spirits as she did a bit of shopping with her mum.

The Diva, who is married to Marc Anthony, also recently revealed in an interview with the BBC that she might not be returning American Idol.

The show, called Que Viva!, means that Lopez, who has two children, will be able to spend more time with her family.

She's known for her rigorous work ethic so it's no surprise that Lady Gaga was seen rehearsing for an upcoming performance once again.

The superstar doesn't ever appear to stop and just days after she appeared on Paul O'Grady Live, she was perfecting her moves for the MuchMusic's Video Awards.

Once Lady Gaga had made her appearance on the comedian's show she wasted no time in jetting off to Toronto, Canada, for the awards show.

The Judas singer performed gruelling dance moves high above the ground on some scaffolding and was watched over by protective backing dancers who were part of the routine.

Gaga was also sporting a longer version of her latest green coloured wig which she wore on O'Grady's show with a matching fringe dress.

She also left audience members shocked after taking off her wig to reveal a completely bald head.

But the act was all part of her latest song Hair and the singer was actually wearing a skin-coloured skull cap to hide her real locks.

Once she had finished rehearing she stopped to sign autographs and take pictures with her adoring fans.

One of them appeared to give her a toy monkey which she kept close before heading off to a hotel in her chauffeur-driven limo.

Gaga will be performing live at the MMVA later tonight alongside other stars such as Snoop Dogg, Bruno Mars and Avril Lavigne.

Lady Gaga is nominated for two awards.

Lady in red: Princess Eugenie stood out from the crowd in a £980 Alexander McQueen dress as she arrived at Royal Ascot in Berkshire today


Her respectful curtsey would have been enough to pass her off as a normal racegoer welcoming the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh to Royal Ascot yesterday.

But Princess Eugenie couldn’t help but reveal her Royal status by giving her grandparents a shy wave as they passed in their horse-drawn carriage.

The 21-year-old Princess, wearing a low-cut scarlet dress accessorised with a navy blue hat with a net veil and navy blue stilettos, gave a deep bow as the procession arrived at the Royal Enclosure.

Afterwards the Princess, whose figure-hugging dress showcased her shapely figure, retired to the stands to watch the rest of the day’s action.

Luckily she dodged the afternoon’s heavy downpours that threatened to turn the day into a washout.

During the afternoon, the Princess, who was in the Royal carriage procession on Tuesday, the first day of the meeting, could be seen checking a form book and cheering on her selections.

While many tried to make the best of the situation by hiding under umbrellas, some of the most fashion-conscious women even opted for blue covers to wear on their feet to ensure their shoes remained dry.

Will Percy make Pippa a Duchess? Worth £300m with a castle to rival Windsor

The mini-breaks to European capitals, the days out at swanky tennis tournaments — it’s classic 20-something just-split-up-from-my-partner behaviour.

Now that Pippa Middleton has parted from her banker boyfriend, handsome former cricketer Alex Loudon, the arduous task of consoling Her Royal Hotness appears to have fallen to an extremely eligible young bachelor: one George Percy.

There he is, blond and slightly dishevelled, pushing her luggage trolley as they head off to Madrid with friends; rowing her around a lake; laughing at her jokes at a café and accompanying her to nightclubs.

There he is again, by her side in London, emerging from a French restaurant near Sloane Square after a three-hour dinner, and taking her back to his flat until 2am; the next day he’s sitting next to her in the stands at The Queen’s Club in West Kensington, watching the tennis, wearing matching shades.

Pippa’s ex-flatmate from Edinburgh (she also resided with Ted Innes Ker, the son of the Duke of Roxburghe) has definitely made himself available for play dates recently, even though he is supposedly busy establishing himself as an entrepreneur.

The word is that they are still ‘just good friends’, although we could all forgive Alex Loudon for finding it deeply irritating that it just happens to be posh Percy who has stepped into the breach.

How intriguing it would be if it turned into something more, and Michael and Carole Middleton of Bucklebury, Berks, had a double duchess situation on their hands.

George Percy, you see, is Earl Percy, heir to one of the richest and grandest dukedoms in the land, the Duchy of Northumberland.

The ancient pile he will inherit, Alnwick Castle in Northumberland, has been perching on the Border in some form for more than 1,000 years.

The castle, home to Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films, is known as the ‘Windsor of the North’ and the family are regarded locally in Border country as their royalty.

No wonder young Earl Percy’s nickname is ‘the Prince of the North’. As a catch, in some ways, he eclipses even Prince William, offering magnificence and history — wealth (estimated at around £300 million; the truth is such estates are priceless) and land (more than 100,000 acres and 100 tenanted farms, as well as an estate in Surrey and Syon Park, in London) without the public responsibilities that go with being a royal.

And as well as enjoying his princely inheritance, he has the freedom to pursue the life of any go-getting young Sloane. That currently means founding an alternative energy company.

The young Earl Percy, 27, is not your average young toff, by any means. Though his family are renowned for their love of sport — father Ralph is said to be ‘obsessed’ with shooting, and Ralph’s younger brother Lord James Percy has designed shooting kit for Barbour — Percy himself has global ambitions.

‘Clever, quite serious, hard-working,’ was the description of one friend.

Certainly, his track record shows no dilettantism. After Eton, he read Geography at Edinburgh, where he met and lived with Pippa.

He was part of what was known as ‘the Castle Crew’; an expensively-educated set of swishy-haired girls and robust young men who spent their weekends at country houses around Edinburgh, rather than going down to London. ‘They were more clean-cut than the hedonistic London lot, though still fun-loving. They liked shooting, drinking, games and outdoorsy life,’ says an Edinburgh contemporary.

Some of the girls were uncharitably known as ‘Brown Sign Hunters’, referring to the brown signs that point to Britain’s statelies.

Of all the Castle Crew invitations, the most sought after was Percy’s, to Alnwick in the Borders: an hour-and-a-half away from Edinburgh and, fittingly, second only to Windsor Castle in being the oldest inhabited castle in England.

It just so happens that the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh are visiting next Wednesday for a party in the grounds held by the Duchess, Jane, the county’s Lord Lieutenant.

After graduating — Percy specialised in sustainable development and renewable energy — he showed the scale of his ambitions; after going to the University of Damascus in Syria to study Arabic, Percy went to work on an oil research project in Abu Dhabi.

It was here that he came across his unlikely future business partner, Algy Cluff.
More than 40 years his senior, he is a man with a history in mining and once owned The Spectator.

Baldy Gaga! Singer stuns TV audience as she whips off green wig to reveal hairless head

She's worn her hair in cola can rollers, tied it in a bow on the top of her head and dyed it a rainbow of colours.

But clearly it was getting all a bit too much for Lady Gaga, who seems to have decided that having no hair at all is now the way to go.

The singer left her fans gobsmacked last night, when she performed on TV completely bald.

The Judas star was a guest on Paul O'Grady Live and arrived on the show wearing a bobbed green wig which matched her fringed dress.

She immediately took to a piano which had been covered with brown curly hair, to perform the promotional song from her new album, aptly called Hair.

She sat down at the piano and took off the green wig - which she hung up in front of her - revealing a bald head underneath, before launching into the song.

To rapturous applause from her adoring fans, she blew kisses to them before joining O'Grady on the sofa for a chat.

After declaring that he was 'my queen', they spoke about her new album Born This Way, which is the fastest-selling album to date.

This week, Gaga got in trouble with the police while performing in Paris, when she caused a frenzy outside her hotel room when she leaned out of her window calling down to her fans.

According to the Sun, she was fined and told off by bosses at the Park Hyatt hotel for disturbing the peace in the early hours of Thursday morning.

'Hotel bosses tried to get her to come in because of the frenzy she was creating outside but she didn't listen so the police turned up and fined her. She was like a woman possessed. You know what she's like with her fans.'
