Angelina Jolie Brings Her Angelic Smile to Visit Young Refugees
Angelina Jolie met with a group of children during her visit to a refugee camp in Turkey today. The actress and UN ambassador was welcomed to the country this morning with a huge banner that read "goodness angel of the world." Angelina made the philanthropic visit after landing with her family earlier this week in nearby Malta, where Brad Pitt is filming World War Z. Angelina has been handling kid duty, while Brad is busy on set, and she and all six Jolie-Pitts were spotted at an indoor play park on Wednesday. The seriously hot couple may have a jam-packed schedule but they also have their top 10 status on the PopSugar 100 to celebrate. Brad landed at number five, while Angelina came in at seven and also made the list of sexiest celebrity women of the year.

Angelina Jolie got quite the warm reception as she arrived in Turkey today to visit with Syrian refugees. An enormous banner calling her "goodness angel of the world" was strung up to mark her arrival — check out a picture of it in the gallery. Angelina is overseas with the rest of the Jolie-Pitts while Brad gets to work filming World War Z in nearby Malta, so she took the quick trip as part of her work with the UNHCR. The Jolie-Pitts are setting up camp in Malta, which meant Angelina took the kids to a toy store to pick up goodies for the reported $11 million mansion they're renting.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Contribute Half a Million to Missouri Tornado Relief
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have donated $500,000 to the Community Foundation of the Ozarks to help with cleanup following last month's tornadoes in Missouri. Brad, a native of the state who spent time in the city of Joplin as a child, was touched deeply by the natural disaster there and was moved to help. In a statement, Brad said:
"With the devastating loss of thirty percent of the city, the Joplin community faces great challenges ahead. Having spent much of my childhood there, I know these people to be hardworking, humble and especially resilient. The locally based Community Foundation of the Ozarks will be working shoulder to shoulder with these Joplin residents for the long haul as they rebuild their lives. We, too, hope to further help with these rebuilding efforts."
Angelina weighed in too, saying, "Last year 42 million people worldwide were displaced by natural disasters. So often these disasters seem far away, but now the need is for thousands of people displaced right here at home. Our hearts go out to the families in Joplin who have lost so much." Both Brad and Angelina are known for their impressive giving, having donated $150,000 to the SOS Children's Villages last November and a reported $2 million to the Namibia's Naankuse Wildlife Sanctuary earlier this year.
