Emma Watson Talks Love, Fame, and Harry Potter in July's Vogue

On the strange circumstances of her fame: "I have had no control over my life. I have lived in a complete bubble. They found me and picked me for the part. And now I’m desperately trying to find my way through it."On Daniel Radcliffe being a leader on set: "He understood what his role was. Not just as an actor but as the leading man in this enormous franchise. And I think that was almost more important in a way. He held it all together. I am very grateful for him."On what she's looking for romance-wise: "I’m a feminist, but I think that romance has been taken away a bit for my generation. I think what people connect with in novels is this idea of an overpowering, encompassing love — and it being more important and special than anything and everything else. I would love to not date someone in the same industry as me. Otherwise it becomes what it means to everyone else."

Emma Watson struck a pose for the July edition of Vogue, which will be on newsstands June 21. The actress is prepping for the release of the final film in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, ahead of its release on July 15. Emma has been busy shooting The Perks of Being a Wallflower in Pittsburgh, but she'll soon leave the set for a global press tour with Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint. She spoke in the magazine about how Daniel was a born leader while they worked on the franchise, which plucked her from obscurity and made her a star. Emma is grappling with the enormity of her fame, but still apparently looking to connect with someone outside the business. Emma Watson told Vogue:

The fun continued following last night's MTV Movie Awards with an afterparty at LA's Soho House. The event's host, Jason Sudeikis, mingled with new couple Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, who were spotted getting close and kissing at the bash. Emma Watson was quite the social butterfly after showing a new clip from Harry Potter at the ceremony. She chatted withBad Teacher star Cameron Diaz before moving on for conversations with Jamie King, Lily Collins, Taylor Lautner, Emma Stone, and Andrew Garfield. Despite rumors, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez haven't broken up, since he was there to hang out with her and they were spotted heading home hand in hand. Chace Crawford had a guys' night with his Gossip Girlbuddy Sebastian Stan, who managed to steer clear of his ex Leighton Meester. Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart also swung by the Soho House, but they managed to evade photographers as they cuddled in a corner.

Emma Watson stepped onto the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards in LA tonight, showing off her legs in a sexy white mini from Marchesa. The Harry Potter actress is up for multiple awards tonight.
