Sexy Selena Gomez Hosts MuchMusic Video Awards With Justin, Nikki, Ian, Gaga, and More!

The annual MuchMusic Video Awards were full of famous musical faces in Toronto tonight. The show's host, Selena Gomez, hit the red carpet in a skintight Burberry dress while her boyfriend and nominee Justin Bieber made his surprise arrival in a t-shirt featuring a picture of Saved by the Bell's Kelly Kapowski. Nikki Reed, who wore a strapless Ronald Abdala, and her fiancé Paul McDonald posed together, and Avril Lavigne made her entrance without her man Brody Jenner. Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder showed up hand in hand and also shared stage time. Inside the MuchMusic headquarters Selena ran the show in a skimpy backless outfit and later changed into a one-shoulder white number to perform with her band Selena Gomez and the Scene, who were also up for multiple awards. Justin picked up two honors after spending Saturday night partying with Usher, Paris Hilton, and Kim Kardashian for his manager ScooterBraun's birthday. Lady Gaga brought home International Video of the Year and Ur Fave International Video, which is voted on by fans, and wrapped up the show with a sexy performance of "Born This Way."

It's been a whirlwind romance for the couple, who met in March and are already living together. They apparently have plans to move to a larger home so that Paul can continue working on his music, while Nikki wants do theater and go back to school. First, though, Paul will hit the road for the American Idol tour, which he's already started rehearsing for. Nikki, meanwhile, will have Breaking Dawn promotion on her plate ahead of the film's November release, and it seems she's looking forward to reuniting with the cast. Nikki said about the end of Twilight filming: "We know we're going to see each other, so it wasn't super dramatic."
