Two LAPD cops and a member of the State Dept. are telling residents in Hancock Park, William and Kate will be attending a bash thrown by BAFTA -- the British Academy of Film and Television Arts -- and law enforcement plans on coming down on paparazzi like a hammer, arresting anyone who trespasses on private property to get a shot.
The trio is going door-to-door in the area surrounding the British Consulate, smack in the middle of Hancock Park.
One resident was told the event would be held on July 9.
Law enforcement said they wanted residents to contact police immediately if there was any sign of photogs, and the cops would take swift action.

Law enforcement from the US State Department and the LAPD are making the rounds in a fancy L.A. neighborhood, warning residents Prince William and Kate Middleton will be guests of honor at a party on their block, and to be on the lookout for paparazzi.

Kate Middleton and Prince William Don Fancy Hats For More Royal Duties
Prince William and Kate Middleton continued their jam-packed weekend with another royal duty in England this morning. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge participated in the annual Garter Service at St. George's Chapel, where William dressed up in a traditional outfit including a robe, collar, and other accessories to become the 1,000th Knight of the Garter. The newlyweds maintained quite a busy schedule over the last few days, kicking off festivities with the Ark dinner and then stepping out again for the Trooping the Colour to celebrate the Queen's birthday. Kate then attended a friend's nuptials with her sister Pippa and met up with William the next day for church services with his family. The Duchess might be in the spotlight for her many official activities, but her sister is also making headlines since Pippa is reportedly singleafter a split from longtime boyfriend Alex Loudon.

Prince William Goes From a Church Date With Kate to a Friendly Match With Harry
The Princes were busy today! Prince William began his day in Windsor with his wife, Kate Middleton, and the royal family at a church service honoring Prince Philip's 90th birthday. Brothers Harry and William then moved along to Ascot where they put on their game face for today's Sentebale Cup. Each prince played for their respective charities, with William representing the Tusk Trust and Harry suiting up for Sentebale. Both teams put up a solid fight, but William came out today's victor. He couldn't help making one last jab at his younger brother for the tournament's photo op saying, "Just the winners in the photo." Congrats to William!

Kate Middleton Goes Blue Alongside Prince William For Philip's Royal Birthday Celebration
Prince William and Kate Middleton joined the royal family at church services in Windsor earlier today to celebrate Prince Philip's turning 90. It's the second day in a row of celebrations for the newlyweds after yesterday's Trooping of the Colour parade for the Queen's 85th birthday. Kate joined Harry and Camilla Parker Bowles in a carriage during Saturday's event while William and his father, Prince Charles, rode horseback. It's been a big week of fashion moments for Kate, who arrived in a stunning floor length Jenny Packham gown for the ARK dinner on Thursday and dressed up to join her sister Pippa Middleton for a friend's wedding as well.

Prince William and Kate Middleton Dress Up For the Black Tie Ark Dinner!
Prince William and Kate Middleton were dressed to impress for the Ark dinner tonight at London's Kensington Palace. Kate Middleton kicked off the day running errands in a much more casual dress, checking items off her to-do list before this evening. It's her and William's first official social engagement as a married couple, though they have done some less formal work as a royal pair. Prince William and Kate Middleton welcomed the Obamas to Buckingham Palace last month, but they sat out the lavish state events that were part of the president and first lady's visit. For today's event, Kate was decked out in a Jenny Packham gown and shoes from one of her favorite shops, LK Bennett. The high street store is also a preferred shoe spot for her mom, Carole, and sister, Pippa. William will make his first speech as a married man at the meal to announce a new project from the Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry. The dinner is an ultra-exclusive event in England where tickets can cost up to $14,500, and it's planned to feature music from Mark Ronson following the presentations and dining. There might be a snafu for Mark, though, since he tweeted that his DJ kit was stolen last night and he can't perform without it!

Prince William and Lovely Kate Middleton Join the Queen and Family at the Epsom Derby
Kate Middleton looked stunning in a ladylike skirt, blazer, and fascinator alongside her top-hat-wearing husband, Prince William, at the Epsom Derby in Epsom, England, today. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were joined by much of his family, including brother Prince Harry, the Queen, and cousins Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Kate's parents James and Carole Middleton also joined in the festivities. Prince William and Kate Middleton grace the June VF cover and recently revealed the plans for their upcoming North America trip. Kate will reportedly bring a number of outfit changes for every day, which she will select herself. Her gorgeous hair was pinned back for this afternoon's outing, and the family cheered on the Queen's horse, Carlton House, who came in third. Earlier this week, it was Prince William himself atop a horse for a polo match in Chester.
