Girls who look like Justin Bieber
I am NO Justin Beiber fan by any means nor do I like pictures of girls who look too much like boys (tomboys and soft butches are okay as long as they don't overdo it.) But then again, Justin Bieber looks and sounds like a girl, IMO. Anyway here is something interesting none the less. Here are 2 videos of two female Beiber look-a-likes wearing vests singing. One of them is from the NBC reality show, "America's got talent. Sharon Osborne is also wearing a vest in that clip.

CB4 (1993 movie)
In this scene in this Chris Rock movie about a famous rap group (parodying NWA, Public Enemy and other rap artists of the late 80s/early 90s), Chris Rock's character character is forced to rob a store by two other guys. One of the female hostages and her boyfriend are wearing ugly 1990s-style vests.
Wild Orchid (1990 movie)
At the end of this 1990 movie, model/actress Carre Otis wears a brown vest. Too bad the credits roll during the make-out scene with Mickey Rourke in the beach in the end of the film.
