The cast of MTV's "Real World" Season 26 hasn't even moved into their new house in San Diego -- but TMZ has learned, some neighbors have already called the cops to complain about the racket.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, they've received multiple complaints about construction, noise, and parking problems -- ever since MTV moved into the swanky La Jolla neighborhood.

But we're told, MTV isn't breaking any rules -- cops have checked the house out several times ... and so far, they haven't found a single code violation.

But all that might change ... once the cast moves in.

Mel Gibson Dating Gothic Chick

Mel Gibson has moved from the Ukraine to down under -- no, not Australia ... leather-clad women who pose in dungeons. Translation: He's upgraded from Oksana.

Stella Mouzi, a Greek citizen, is a model who is know for being gothic -- a fetish catering to the dark realms of fantasy.

She recently walked the red carpet at the 2011 L.A. Fetish Film Festival Awards.

Mel's been spending a lot of time recently with Stella, and we're told they're dating. We got pics of the pair at the beginning of the month leaving dinner, and again this week at Sky Bar on the Sunset Strip. We're told she's also been to Mel's Malibu home for a barbecue.

Stella is in the U.S. on a visitor's visa, but we're told she wants to extend her stay. We're also told she's into Mel.

Mel, like they say at the car lot, caveat emptor.

Weiner Stripper Shows Off Her Buns

Ex-porn star/feature dancer/stripper/Anthony Weiner tweeting buddy/aspiring real estate agent Ginger Lee put up a stiff upper lip at a Gentleman's Club Thursday night.

Ginger said Wednesday at her news conference with Gloria Allred ... the whole Weiner ordeal caused her severe emotional distress. But no evidence of stress anywhere on Ginger's body Thursday night at the Pink Pony in Atlanta.

Looks like Ginger's media attention didn't translate well. The crowd was sparse, and those who watched didn't much like what they saw. Our strip club spies say the the applause was "weak."

On the upside, she'll look good in one of those Century 21 jackets.

Championship boxer Micky Ward -- who was portrayed by Mark Wahberg in "The Fighter" -- is being hospitalized in Massachusetts after he was attacked by a stray dog ... TMZ has learned.

Ward's rep tells TMZ ... Micky was walking his dog Wednesday when a stray got approached and became aggressive. Micky says he tried to get in between the two animals ... when the stray turned him into a a human chew toy.

Micky suffered bites on his arm ... and a MAJOR wound to right index finger -- which was "almost taken off" in the attack. Ward went to the hospital for treatment and is expected remain there until Sunday.

As for the dogs, Ward says he eventually shooed the stray away ... and HIS dog emerged from the incident unscathed.

Estella Warren Enters Treatment Facility

Estella Warren has entered a treatment facility following her crazy DUI arrest last month -- and to "prove she isn't drinking" ... she's even agreed to wear a SCRAM bracelet

Warren's attorney -- Darren Kavinoky -- tells People.com, the "Planet of the Apes" star entered a residential treatment facility shortly after posting bail last month, and has been sporting the bracelet for the last 10 days.

Kavinoky adds, "She's committed to making the situation right and moving on in a way that's appropriate."

As TMZ first reported ... Estella was arrested May 23 -- after she slammed into three cars, kicked a cop and tried to escape from the police station. She was charged with DUI, hit-and-run driving, battery on a cop, and resisting arrest.

An arraignment scheduled for today was postponed. If convicted on all charges, Warren faces 2.5 years in jail.

McCourts Will Sell Los Angeles Dodgers if Jamie Wins

Frank and Jamie McCourt just settled part of their divorce property dispute, but the headline ... if the judge decides in August that Jamie has a piece of the team, the Dodgers will be sold.

0617_mccourtsd_BN

Lawyers for Jamie and Frank said ... if Judge Scott Gordon rules on August 4 that the Dodgers are community property -- giving Jamie a 50% interest -- the team will be put up for sale.

Once sold, each will get 50% of the net proceeds.

If Judge Gordon rules the team is Frank's separate property, he keeps the team but he has to pay Jamie $100 million.

And, if Frank keeps the team, Jamie gets all the mansions except one -- Frank gets to keep the Montana Yellowstone property.

0617_mccourts_launchBut there's a hitch. The whole settlement is predicated on the Fox deal going through -- which would give the Dodgers a $385 million advance on the $3 billion broadcast deal to cover the teams bills, including payroll.

'El Brad Pitt' -- Arrested for Killing People In Mexico

"El Brad Pitt" is one bad muchacho ... so says the Mexican government -- which arrested the alleged cartel member yesterday for killing a bunch of people.

0616_brad_el_brad_AP_BN

Of course, "El Brad Pitt" is just an alias for Marco Antonio Guzman -- who's accused of leading a super violent wing of the Juarez drug cartel in Mexico.

"El Brad Pitt" reportedly got his nickname because he would often dress like Brad's character in the movie "Spy Game" ... wearing a baseball cap, long hair and a camera around his neck to blend in as a tourist.

However, El Brad Pitt and Real Brad Pitt seem to share the same penchant for film -- Guzman allegedly carried out one killing on camera and then uploaded it to a video sharing website.

No bueno.
