Frank and Jamie McCourt just settled part of their divorce property dispute, but the headline ... if the judge decides in August that Jamie has a piece of the team, the Dodgers will be sold.
Lawyers for Jamie and Frank said ... if Judge Scott Gordon rules on August 4 that the Dodgers are community property -- giving Jamie a 50% interest -- the team will be put up for sale.
Once sold, each will get 50% of the net proceeds.
If Judge Gordon rules the team is Frank's separate property, he keeps the team but he has to pay Jamie $100 million.
And, if Frank keeps the team, Jamie gets all the mansions except one -- Frank gets to keep the Montana Yellowstone property.

Chris Bosh -- At Least I Played in Front of My Daughter!
As TMZ first reported, Bosh filed an emergency motion with a Maryland judge to try and modify his custody arrangement so that his two-year-old girl Trinity could see him play in his first NBA Finals.
Things didn't go as Bosh wanted, but luckily for him the series lasted long enough so that his regular visitation time with Trinity allowed her to go to Sunday night's game.
Bosh and the Miami Heat suffered a bitter loss, but sources close to Bosh tell us seeing his daughter made him feel like a winner.
Maybe he can let LeBron have her for a weekend.
Kim K to Bret Lockett -- Here Comes the Lawsuit!
Bret Lockett might finally get that face-to-face meeting with Kim Kardashian he always wanted -- but it looks like it's going to go down ... in a courtroom!
Sources close to Kim K tell TMZ ... her lawyers are drafting a defamation lawsuit against Lockett and will file it as early as Monday morning.
Kim has maintained all along she never met Bret -- despite his claims they had a "physical relationship." Harvey hammered Lockett on TMZ Live last week, asking him when and where he met Kim, but Lockett refused to say. Nevertheless, he insisted he and Kim had hooked up this year, after she started dating Kris Humphries.
But on Friday, Lockett finally fessed up on "Showbiz Tonight" ... admitting he never actually met Kim.
What a jerk.
KIM SET THIS UP HERSELF. SHE IS IN CAHOOTS WITH BRETT. THEY ARE WORKING TOGETHER. ANYONE WHO CAN'T SEE THIS IS STUPID.
I think it is hard to defame someone who became famous for a sex tape.
I can't understand why the man would come out of the blue and make up a story like this. I want to see how far the court case will goes if this was only a publicity stunt.
